Please contact with information. This deed (condensed) sells to Conrad Heilman the land which was sold to Stophil Decker by the original owners, Jacob Oats and Rudolph Decker. I do not have the deed whereby Leonard acquired the parcel. This indenture made the 16th day of April 1786 between Leonhard Foreman of Baltimore County in the province of Maryland and Conrad Hileman of the same county and Province of the other. For two hundred and thirty pounds current money hath sold that tract of land lying in the county aforesaid called Hockstadt Enlarged viz: Beginning at the end of one hundred and ten pershes in the first line of the original survey, running thence south 51 degrees west one hundred and ten perches north 32 degrees west two hundred perches north 51 degrees east one hundred and ten perches and then with a straight line to the beginning containing 136-1/2 acres Witnessed yby Chr.
