The bride, give! n in marriage by a friend, Eugene Clutz, Taneytown, wore a gown of white satin an a shoulder length veil. She carried a white prayer book topped with a white orchid. Mr. and Mrs. Leroy Miller, Littlestown, brother-in-law and sister of the bridegroom, attended the couple. Mr. Miller was attired in a green satin gown with matching headband and carried a bouquet of yellow and white pompons. A reception was held at the Arter home in Littlestown, with the table decorations featuring a three-tier wedding cake with a miniature bride and bridegroom. Mrs Arter ,who was employed by the Children's Rehabilitation hospital, Cockeysville, Md., will reside at the home of her husband's parents. Sgt. Arter is stationed at Fort Monmouth, N. J. Derr and Frank Wachter, members of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Frederick Aerie No. 1067, conducted services at the grave. The pallbearers were: Chester McKenzie, J. R.
