Maryland Buried Franklin T. Bachman The funeral of Franklin Tobias Bachman, who died at his home, 414 North Bentz street, Frederick, early Saturday morning took place Monday with services at St. Mary�s Lutheran church, Silver Run, Carroll county, at 1.30 o�clock. The Rev. William C. Royal, pastor of First Baptist church, Frederic officiated. The Rev. W. E. Saltzgiver, pastor of St. Mary�s Lutheran church, sang, �Peace Perfect Peace� and �My Jesus As Thou Wilt.� R. E. Derr and Frank Wachter, members of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Frederick Aerie No. 1067, conducted services at the grave. The pallbearers were: Chester McKenzie, J. R.
