I found a family history listed that is in the Carroll County Genealogy Society website. It says it is not for sale. I'm thousands of miles away in Chicago. Could anyone tell me about it? Is it copiable? The CCGS doesn't have an email address. Can I pay someone to do this? Any help would be appreciated.
