(written in date 17 Jan 1976) Marriage--Arter-Forgash Wedding--Nancy Jeanne Forgash, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Emil R. Forgash, 2155 S. Manor Drive, Erie, became the bride of Steven Clair Arter, son of Mrs. Clair M. Arter, Hanover RD 1, and the late Clair M. Arter, at 1:30 p.m. Jan. 17 in St. Jude Church, Erie. Rev. Ronald Toren performed the double ring nuptial mass. The bride was given in marriage by her father. Rose Ann Kissling, Robesonia, was maid of honor. Brides maids were Patricia Brosnan, and Cynthia Schaefer, both of Erie, and Kimberly Arter, Hanover RD 1, sister of the groom. David Skellie, 1021 Ardmore Ave., Erie, was best man. Ushers were Michael Arter, brother of the groom; Donald Koch, Johnstown, and Russell Rhodes, East Berlin. Following a wedding reception at the Eagles Club, Erie, the couple went on a wedding trip to the Seven Springs Ski Resort. They will reside in Maytown. The bride, a December, 1975 graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania, is employed at Lancaster-Lebanon Intermediate Unit as a speech therapist.
