Is Bever Run named after your family? Anyway, I don't know Adam's connection to Ester Arnold and Richard Smith, ect. so anything you know, like if they were neices or nephews or something, would be appreciated. Here's the excerpt from the deed. I can email you the rest if you want it. "178 1/2 acres of land part of "Rochester" heretofore conveyed by Charles Carrroll of Carrollton to Adam Beaver by deed dated March 26th 1796 then reversing said line and bounding thereon South ten and three quarter degrees East eighty one perches to the place of Beginning containing and said out for sixty five acres one rood and twenty perches of land more or less it being the same parcel of land and premises which were heretofore conveyed by Esther Arnold the Elder Richard Smith and Patience his wife and Esther Arnold the younger to the said Rachel Arnold by deed dated on the second day of April in the year eighteen hundred and fourteen Recorded among the land records of Baltimore County in Liber WG no 127 folio 150"
