Hi, First I want to thank everyone again for all the help my first request brought. As I went through all the wonderful infromation I got and following a madien name of a wife I discovered that the name was spelled Rumspert or Rumsport. All I got right now is a Cora M Rumspert marring in 1887 in Carroll Co Maryland.
