Dear List I seem to have a double supply of Stem's. One Jacob Stem went to Ohio, the other stayed in Carroll Co and married Elizabeth Engle, then, Mary Ann Hooper. The first Jacob married, we think, Sarah Plain. Both Jacob's born ca 1793 and died 1855 or 1860. It is very difficult figuring which was which and Mathias was father of one, and Conrad father of Mathias. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
