Hello Pat, Dr. Tracey's Land Tracts Records are at the Historical Society of Carroll County, 210 East Main Street, Westminster, Md. 410-848-6494 http://www.carr.org/hscc/ You can go to the HSCC homepage and there is a site on the policy and procedures for a research request in the reference library. The HSCC has Dr. Tracey's orginial sets of cards and maps of the land tracts. Dr. Tracey was the past President/Vice President of the HSCC and was a very strong force behind the HSCC. The HSCC was formed in 1939. And there is a set of his Land Tract cards in Annapolis at Archives. The Tract, OHIO, is over 9,800 arces and it runs along the Pa border of Adam and Franklin County and in Dr. Tracey's deed drawings, are the metes and bounds of the Ohio tract, and hold some of it has been sold off, and the cards has the land transfers up to the 1860's, if the information was available in the Surveyor's books that Dr. Tracey's had abstracted the for the tracts.
