    1. Re: [MDCARROL] George and Mary Stevenson BROWN heirs
    2. Hello! My husband's ancestors include Henry BROWN (son of George and Mary Stevenson BROWN), born about 1741 in Baltimore Co., MD. According to the IGI, George and Mary were married about 1714 in possibly Baltimore Co., MD, and he died about 1767 in Pipe Creek, Cambria Co., PA. Son Henry's will was probated in Westminster, Carroll Co., MD, in Jul 1827, according to a fellow researcher whose sources I do not know. According to the IGI Henry married a woman whose first name was Regina, but surname unknown. Their children were: Sarah, Mary, Lydia, Henry, Jr., Catherine, and Margaret (birth order unknown). Sarah BROWN married Richard CORNELL in Bedford Co., PA, about 1806. Their son, Alexander CORNELL (1817-1908) was my husband's great-great-grandfather. Hope this helps.
