You got the best copy possible because it is the filming quality. Came not from Carroll County but from Frederick County. The microfilming was done by people hired by Frederick County Courthouse, not anyone else. You should have seen the backward filming of the later years and in negative setting instead of postive setting. The microfilming was NOT done by the Genealogical Society of Utah at all. You owe me an apology for that offensive and false comment.
