Dorsey who married Frances Ebert; they lived in Mt. Airy until his death when Frances and the two daughters, Frances (later Mrs. Chas. S. Howard) and M. Imogene (who graduated from Peabody Conservatory in 1893) moved to Frederick, MD. Mrs. Dorsey's obit in 1894 said her husband was "Captain William H. B. Dorsey of Mt.
