Children: 1) John (was he actually Ann's son, or a son by a previous marriage of James?) --note: John is said to have been born abt. 1755, Kent Co, DE; d: 1816, Greene Co, OH; md: Elizabeth Horney Aug. 9, 1776, Caroline Co, MD, dau. of Jeffrey & Elizabeth (Baynard) Horney. Migrated to Guilford Co, NC.-- 2) Ann (was she actually Ann's daughter, or a dau. by a previous marriage of James?) 3) James II, b: Aug. 16, 1765, Kent Co, DE, md: 1) Celia WRIGHT on Jan. 4, 1792, Caroline Co, MD; 2) Celia CHILCUTT on Sept. 12, 1827, Greenplain MM, Clark Co, OH. She was the dau. of Joshua (d:1792) and Esther Chilcutt, Nicolites, and the widow of Richard VICKERS. 4) Isaac, b: Aug. 6, 1769, Kent Co, DE (1850 Vigo Co, IN census: ANDERSON, Isaac, 81, b: DE; Nancy, 54, b: PA; Major C., 14, b: IN) --note: Did this Isaac go to Guilford Co NC from DE, then on to IN? Believe Nancy was his 2nd wife. Who was his 1st wife?-- 5) Daniel, b: Oct. 3, 1771, DE 6) Elijah, b: Aug. 29, 1773, Kent Co, DE; d: May 15, 1872, Centre MM, OH; Married 1) Susannah CAIN bef. Nov. 18, 1794; 2) Mary Thatcher, Jan. 2, 1808, Centre MM, Clinton Co, OH, and pos. 3) Mary Calley 7) Mary, b: Jan. 6 1775, Kent Co, DE 8) Major, b: Nov. 27, 1777, Kent Co, DE; d: June 30, 1830, Greene Co, OH. --note: I believe Major was married in DE and had 2 children (Major & Martha) and migrated to Guilford Co, NC. His first wife probably died, and he married 2) Miriam MENDENHALL on Nov. 18, 1800, Guilford Co. They migrated to OH -- 9) Elic "Eli", b: Nov. 4, 1783 Any additions or corrections welcomed.
