Hello List, wondered if anyone has the Dillon family prior to 1800 in Caroline co. My gggg granddad Bennet Andrew, son of Jeremiah, married Mary Leah Dillon, daughter of Joshua Dillon, about 1800. They had already moved on but both families came from Caroline co. Also found that Jeremiah Andrew's sister Dolly had married a Dillon. In the copy of Colonial court records I purchased from the Family Tree Bookshop, I found when the Dillons were charged with bearing arms against the state, both Richard and Jeremiah Andrew signed their bonds.
