Hi Helen, Richard Willis is listed as a son in John Willis' will of 1764. He is listed right after son Isaac and before son Joshua. The son Richard died intestate in 1763 (not 1764 as I had) leaving an Inventory dated 25 March 1763, adm'x Rebecca Willis, next of-kin Isaac Willis & Joshua ___ (probably Willis) (MD Inventories Lib. 81 fol. 28). Sandy Willis is the expert on the Willis family, I'm sure that she could help you more than I could.
