Hi Helen, The William Berry (son of John & Mary Berry, grandson of Littleton Berry & Mary [Towers] Berry, and great grandson of William & Naomi [Johnson] Berry) went to Indiana where he and his family were listed in 1850 (I think in Randolph County but can't remember for sure). The Elisha Medford you mentioned was of the Dorchester Co., MD Medfords. Elijah Willis isn't related (at least not closely) to Col. Arthur John Willis.
