Elinore WASHINGTON -- wife (nee Loatman) -to have all personal estate including household furniture, books, gold watch, any moneys now or hereafter owed to testator from his membership in the organization called "The True Reformers" and the amount paid on the life insurance policy. -to have one third of testator's interest in the property on Townsend St., below 2nd in the city of Chester, Pa. Now improved with a brick tenement. -named guardian of daughter during her minority -to have all the rest and remainder of the estate 2. Quetta (?) WASHINGTON -- daughter -to have the remaining interest which testator has in the property on Townsend St., Chester, Pa. 3. Rev. H. A. MONROE -- of Philadelphia, Pa. -named executor of the will along w/widow Witnesses: Lora LOATMAN Lydia H. WOODFAULK Lucretia H. BLOW *MY NOTE: I believe the correct year is 1901.
