I am hoping someone with this connection would have more detail information on Zorababel and Esther Tull Maddux and thier children, especially verification of John H. Maddxx as being one of thier son's and who was John H. Maddux married to? The Book, "MADDOX; A SOUTHERN MARYLAND FAMILY by Hurley does Not mention anything about Esther Tull or her and Zorababel's children, nor does it mention anything about Coston or Benton names. I haven't been able to locate the other books mentioned... My library is very limited... If any of you have information on the Esther Tull and/or Zorababel Maddux please email me, I just assumed if any of you are related to Esther Tull in any way, you would have information on her and her husband and children... Do any of you know where Esther Tull and her husband Zorababel Maddux are buried? I have been told they are buried in Pickaway Ohio but I would like to find out the name of the Cemetery... I have been told Zorababel died around 1829 in Pickaway Oh and Esther died around 1843 in Pickaway Ohio... Do any of you have or know if there was a will filed with the probate courts? If so could you share that information with me. I would also be interested in any information on the Ritchey(ie) name. My ggrandfather was John H. Maddux, I am pretty sure he is the son of Zorababel & Esther [Tull] Maddxx from Maryland and brother to James T., Lazarus and Severn Maddux(ox). I beleive John H. Maddux was born around 1784 was raised in the vicinity of Flemingsburg (Fleming Co.) Ky. At the age of 25 John H. Maddux married Elizabeth Burk and sometime during or after the 1812 war John H. and family moved to the vicinity of Pickaway Co. Ohio (resources from my own family's bible and memoirs records)... I sincerely hope for any information/leads/advice & etc. anyone can supply. Thank you all very much... Cee Cee, I have not Tull or Maddux information, but I have some Gouty's who were from Caroline Co MD at about the same time as yours who moved to Pickaway Co, OH after 1810 and before 1818 and married there. I wrote the county and got some marriage records quite a few years ago. I haven't looked on line to see what is available. Then the family seems to have mostly moved on to Vermillion Co, OH.
