Good morning list, Has anyone come across any NEWLIN - NEWLAND in their genealogy research any where in Maryland? I'm interested in a William Henry NEWLIN, b. c1812 in MD & d. aft. 1870. He m. a Margaret ATKINS, b. 1817, in Chester Co., PA & d. 25 Oct 1879 in Delaware Co., PA. Being Margaret ATKINS is from Chester Co., PA could Wm NEWLIN have been from Cecil Co., MD? I would every much like to know who William's parents are. If I could just get a clue as to where I might find some NEWLINs in Maryland, I might be able to find Wm's parents.
