Rufus lived in Taylor County, WV.His ancestor was Joseph Sapp who fought on the Delaware Line in the War. A very unusual name...I think we are related!

Any relation to the Sapp's of Lobster Valley Oregon? Near Corvallis. (I think I might have asked this before). These Sapp's have been in Oregon for many years. I don't know much abt them other than I rode the same school bus, and my older brother went to High School with them.
