Am seeking information on my gg grandfather, Johann Lauer. 1840 Maryland census index lists one John Lauer in the Baltimore area. Census reference is: John Lauer, Baltimore Cty, Baltimore Ward 2, page 061. Am hoping to find John(Johann) Lauer, age 37, his wife Mary(Anna Maria), age 30, and son Jacob, age 4. There may be children older than Jacob that I have not yet located.
