When his wife, Konstancja Niedbalska Wolinski remarried, the church record lists her as "widow of Jozef Wolinski." Banns were read three times prior to the wedding. In a community as small as the Baltimore Polish community during that time, had Jozef abandoned her, it is unlikely that the priest would not have known. Also, there is no record of the church having given her any dispensation to remarry. So, it is not likely that your Jozef Wolinski is the same person as my Josef Wolinski.
