They were living in the right area. I have about 20 names of possible relatives living in about a 2000 foot area, all around East Fort Ave. My gg-grandmother, Mary's, parents were a Benjamin, b. 1828 and Mary Hughes, b. 1828. If she is related to your Julia, it's the next generation back. Mary was born in 1849. Other family names were Fogler, Mortimer, Bonsall, and Winkler.
