Based on my ancestry.com research and the photographer's address, Carrie Bland was the wife of John Bland of Baltimore. They had the following children: Eugene Bland, Johnny Bland, Lou Berttie Bland Tubbman and Eunice Bland Johnson. The photo appears to be c. 1900.
