I dont know alot about the Carroll family, but thought someone might be able to get a new name or connection. I also see a W.C. Carroll tavern just across the Harford Co. Line ( Jarrettsville / Madonna area Rt 146) on an 1858 map of Harford County. Let me know, Bob
