McKinley married Mary Carr He was supposedly born in Ireland - don't know if Mary was, too. They lived in Baltimore City on Fairmont Ave. when their son Thomas J. McKinley was born in 1864. I would like to discover "Papa" McKinley's given name. The family oral history says the McKinley ancestors immigrated (date unknown) directly to Balt. City , coming in through the Port of Baltimore. I have not been able to verify that info. I do not know the elder McKinley's given name. Children: --- Thomas Joseph McKinley 1864-1941 b. Fairmont Ave. BaltCity,MD married Mary "Ann" Buckley 1881-1929 b. Centreville, FairfaxCo.,VA --- Rose McKinley --- Michael McKinley - 2nd wife Maureen ______ ? --- John McKinley --- Dan McKinley Thomas owned a bar on Baltimore St. with his brother Michael McKinley. I have been told that the other two brothers John and Dan died young. One of them died in a Baltimore riot during or right after the civil war. Do you recognize any of these names? Please contact me.
