William served in the war between the states in the union army he married Laura Virginia, last name unknown they had the following children. william jr., peter, james, harry elizabeth , hannah , maggie or margaret, florence and howard. My husbands father was James Wesley Ford who was in his 60's when my husband james jr. was born. James Wesley Ford, Sr. was a Baptist minister. They grew up living on Charles Street in Baltimore. I need William's fathers name and Hannah's maiden name. Due to the age difference my husband did not know any of his fathers kinfolks, so research is very slow!!!! where are you located? i sure was hoping that these names would have connected. stay in touch if you have any ideas. thanks joy hall ford from tampa fl area...
