I have my fathers baptismal cert. from there and wanted to see if I could locate his siblings records from there also. Question 2 - My grandmother, Mary Elizabeth SPIES, filed to have my grandfather, Frederick George ZIEGLER, declared legally dead in 1962 and it was final in 1970 in Baltimore City/County. What court (i.e. Superior,Civil,probate) would I write to to get that information Any help would be great!!
