He was originally from Germany but I do not know when he came to Baltimore. His father was Henry Emiel Becker II, born 1828 I think in Germany. His mother was Katherine Vial and they were married in 1845 but do not know if they were married in Baltimore. He died in 1856. If anyone could help me find this information or lead me in the right direction, I would be most appreciative. Pat
