Query Forum Reply Here: http://cgi.rootsweb.com/~genbbs/genbbs.cgi/USA/Md/BaltimoreCity/3057 Surname: ------------------------- On the Baltimore City map which is linked to the Baltimore City MDGenWeb webpage there are large bold numbers from one to twenty printed around the map which do not relate to points of interest (for example the number 20 to the right of the legend in the top left corner). Are these city ward numbers or were they were used for another purpose? My gggreat-grandparents Henry and Ann JUDGE lived at 105 Ross Street (just below number 20 on the map) in the 1860s, and over the course of time that road seems to have disappeared.
