Father, Edward FLORA, mother unknown TRACY/TRACEY/LeTRACE? birthdates unknown, possibly 1840's to 1850. Son and only known offspring Charles Edward FLORA b. 12-6-1870 in BALTIMORE. D. 2-5-1948 in DULUTH, MN married Mary Lucille SPENCE in 1900 in WALLHALLA, PEMBINA CTY., NORTH DAKOTA. Anyone know anything in regards to the parents or this family?
