Lookups Hello Listers - Can someone tell me if the Baltinore City Directories were issued every year - every five or ten? I would greatly appreciate someone looking up ISMAY P. RILEY and family for the year of 1860. His wife's name is Magaret and his children were Mary, Sarah Jane, William, Robert and George, The 1850 directory shows he was a shoemaker at 23 Spring St. in Baltimore. Does anyone know the location of Spring St? A response would be most welcomed. Thanks!! Etta Riley
