    2. This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/AFB.2ACI/3602 Message Board Post: I am looking for any info on the following family members; my g-g-grandfather was John G. Lighthiser, born in Baltimore around 1841 (his parents were from Saxony, Germany), he was a baker and his shop was located at 833 Comerce St. His first wife was named Ann, and they had one son, George. His second marriage was to a Dora Pritchett from Virginia and they had Theodore John Lighthiser in 1877 (my g-grandfather). I believe 2 more children were to follow, Annie and Emil. Theodore is listed in 1900 census of Baltimore, along with his 2 siblings, as having lived with his aunt and uncle, Georgia and Emil Mezger. In March of 1901, Theodore married Dorothea E. Sauerland, of New Jersey (I think) and they had relocated to Sharps, Virginia where they had 5 children. Beatrice Christina was born in 1902 (my grandmother), Dorothea Eleanor in 1904, Theodore John in 1909..there were 2 more brothers but I don't know their names. Theodore is buried in Burlington County, New Jersey beside his mother and I think his son, Theodore, who lost his li! fe at sea during WWII. Anyone who has information on this family please email. My g-grandfather was John August Werner of Baltimore. I am not certain but I think he was a painter at one time. His first wife he had 2 sons, Henry August (my grandfather) and Christian F. Mother had died in childbirth. I believe her last name was (forgive the misspelling) Lundslager; John's second wife was Mary Schwab and they had one daughter Ruth, born in 1918. I never met my grandfather for he died from alcholism before my mother married. That's all I know of this line so if anyone out there who happens to know anything please email. Thanks so much.
