Your difficulty in finding Clinton St. in the Baltimore City Census for 1900 is because it was not part of the city at that time. I had family members who lived on Hudson St. near Robinson St. in what is present day Highlandtown. At that time it was listed as the 12th District, Baltimore County. It did not become a part of the city until 1917(I believe). Clinton St. is in the same vicinity. Frank Kuhn [email protected]
