Hi, Just received an obit for Michael Deichelbohrer in 1866 and it states that he is buried from his late residence "Butcher Hill" or "Batcher Hill?" It is difficult to read. Is anyone on this fine list familiar with that area? Thanks, Elizabeth
Elizabeth, Here's a short history of Butcher's Hill, http://www.butchershill.org/history.shtml . This is the home page of their neighborhood association, http://www.butchershill.org/ . These links should help you!
