I am pretty sure you can find those records at the Md. Archives. The website is www.mdarchives.state.md.us. The info is not available on-line but you can buy the microfilms for the parish. Look under Research and Reference and then church records. That will tell you what parish tapes they have and also how to buy copies. Yes- everyone can access the 1864 Baltimore City directory now.
