He married Anna Maria Nicholson Christy in 1888 in Port Byron, Illinois. She already had three children: Alice M. Christy (m. BOWEN), Sadie B. Christy, and Percy E. Christy. John Frank Odell and Anna had one son, Miles W. Odell, in 1890. The lived in Iowa for a few years then in Rock Island, Illinois. They left Rock Island in 1915 and Anna died in 1916 in Richmond, Virginia. John and Miles were living in Baltimore, Maryland. Please email me directly, Thanks, Jim S.
