Dec 2, 1897 in Williamsport, PA. He was in Maryland in 1936 and later. According to the SSDI, Samuel Witteman died June 1972 in Baltimore City, MD. The birth date is the same. Being from out-of-state a lead to a local newspaper would be appreciated.
