While researching church records, I have found a record of a funeral for Charles Gunter who was buried "in the Gunter Private Family Burial Grounds on the Belair Road". Does anyone know where this Gunter Burial Grounds is, or was, on Belair Road and if it still exists today? bettyloum@worldnet.att.net Betty Lou Michelman Fort Myers Beach, FL
I don't know which if any Ogier family. All I know is that I have a Emma Ogier Houston who is a g grand mother to my husband. She married John Peter Teal. All in Baltimore. If you have any help I will be very appreciative. I think her mother's sister, Jane Carruthers, married a John Ogier, b. in England in 1809. Still it seems unusual to see that sort of naming tradition, in-laws. Thanks, Kathy

Seeking information on Henry BALDWIN DuPONT (Henry DuPont Baldwin??) who wrote a history of the Baldwin family in the late 1950s, early 1960s. Last known address (1961) was in Baltimore (city?). He wrote that when he passes on "Furlong and Murray have agreed to carry on work." Believe him to be grandson or ggrandson of Richard BALDWIN (b10 Oct 1827, d 10 Feb 1903) and Sophronia J. FURLONG. For Baldwin researchers, I believe Richard is son of Henry BALDWIN (b.1753,d.1793) of Rising Sun, Anne Arundel Co. Md, son of Edward BALDWIN and Susan MEEK. Would very much like to find "Furlong and/or Murray" to see if they **have** carried on the work. Thanks, Debby Steele Rogers

I've "rescued" an old photograph of Robert Sherman STRINGER taken at the Ernsberger Studio in Baltimore, Maryland. The photograph is dated 1901 and states that Robert is 17 years and 6 months at the time. I believe this is a photograph of Robert STRINGER b. 30 October 1883 and died February 1969 at Rye, New York. I also believe that Robert married ??? DUNN and had a son Robert Sherman STRINGER b. 9 Dec 1924 in Maryland who died 13 Sept 1990 in Los Angeles, California. I'm hoping that someone from this family can be located so that this photograph can be returned to its rightful place with family. If you are a member of this family or know someone who might be, please contact me. Thanks, Shelley
