Hi Cheri A second follow to the last... Shobe is the son of Enoch (1816) and Mary (1813) Thrasher. Shobe had an older sister, Virginia (1842) and Shobe was born circa 1854. In 1870, he is shown as a 16 year old, and there is no younger brother. We would suspect that Enoch - 1816 is an uncle to Enoch 1866-67. Be aware that there are two more Enochs in the arena - One born in 1818 who came from New Hampshire to Ohio to Illinois, and a second Enoch in Maryland born in 1865. this latest Enoch had a brother Nelson c 1862 and a sister Ellenora c 1868.
