Does anyone subscribe to ancestry.com, that they could look up an 1860 or 1870 census and see if there is a Mary Louise Miller in Frostburg or Carlos, if there was a census for Carlos and who she was living with? She would only be about 5 years old in 1860. I would really appreciate it. Thanks! Carol Dinning

    3. Carol, I found in the 1860 census Frostburg District, Lonaconing post office a Mary Miller age 6yr, head of household William Miller and wife Catherine. Also in 1860 census Frostburg District, (unable to read post office) a Mary Miller age 4yrs, head of household Catherine Miller. No Carlos came up for 1860 or 1870 Alleganey county. If I can help any more let me know. MD - District 12, Cumberland Catherine Miller, 35, keep house WV Charles, 17, works in Machine Shop, MD Mary, 15, MD Isabella, 14, MD Henry, 12, MD John, 3, MD ? Urbore? (I just can't make out the name of this male child) 6/12 MD 1900 Allegany Co. Borden Shaft (Carlos crossed out) David Hott, July 1851, 48, M28 years, VA VA VA Mary, wife, June 1854, 45, M28 years, mother of (it said 5 but marked over with 4) children living 5. This must be an error and meant to say she had 5 children and 4 are living, MD MD MD Mary, daughter, Feb 1885, 15, MD Della, daughter, Aug. 1889, 10, MD Next door William Hott, Jan 1875, M6 years, MD Susie A, wife, Feb. 1876, 24, M6 years, 4 children, 2 living ?Winap??, daughter, Oct. 1895, 4 MD Gilbert, son, Apr 1900, MD 2/12 MD I hope there is something here that helps.
