I found it the first time by searching for "Evan James" on the internet - this time I went to advanced search and searched for full-view books, ALL words: Cumberland Maryland AND exact phrase "Evan James" and up it comes. When I searched on the History of Cumberland, all I got was the limited view one - who knows? Hope this helps - I downloaded it so I can read the whole thing.
