>>>>Matt, can you please tell me which William Lybarger this is? My great-grandmother was Elizabeth Lybarger from Somerset Co. She had a brother William (b. 1880 in Larimer Township) that I've not been able to trace. I also have a few other Williams that I have no spouses for. I'm hoping one of these will fit. Sheryl >>>> My search of the LYBARGER family is minimal. However, I believe this William LYBARGER is the one on the 1920 Allegany County census (Cumberland, Williams Street) as being 58 years old, a laborer, born in MD, both parents born in MD. He is listed as a lodger in a family that I cannot read the name of. They might have given bad info or just guessed to the census taker, or the info may be correct. If 58 years old, he would be born in 1862. I just checked the 1910 Census, age 47, same birth info. Wife Laura was 62 (born 1848) in 1910! Born in Virginia, and that's interesting to me. I've been trying to find out how her parent's got to Westernport, but haven't been able to find out yet. The obits don't match the records I'm finding.
