Gladys Daug age 2 Carol E or Carie E age 1 3/12 (see 1920 - Clara) 1920 United States Federal Census > Maryland > Frederick > Brunswick > District 95 Mrs Evelyn Gordon age 34 widow Clara age 11 Cleveland Gordon & Family (in next house - Edgar's brother) Mrs Clara Twigg age 59 (next to Cleveland Gordon) William age 21 Charley age 19 In 1910, Clara is already widowed 10 children with 8 living George 21, Claud 17, Willie 12 and Charles 8 are at home In 1930 Charles is married and living in Baltimore. Clara & William are living with him. Clara may have no connection, but the names on the tombstones may help.     3. Carol, Thank you so much for the info you sent. This Gordon "WAS" from Allegany Co. When I checked the children I have for Denton and Clara Twigg, I find that Edgar married Denton Twigg's daughter, Evaline and the census indicated they had a daughter named Clara. Clara was named after her grandmother, Clara (Weaver) Twigg, Denton's wife from the Little Orleans area. Thanks for getting me started to finish this line. I have been working on my paternal lines for a change. I found that my father's side of the family is right from Washington Co. in the Clear Spring area where I live. I always thought they were from Berkeley Co, WV. My. paternal 4th gr-grandparents are buried within 8 miles of my home. Small world!!!!! Sharon
