Try the Board of Education. The files are private, but one of the workers may be willing to retrieve some information. Don't know how long they keep the files. Some offices are scanning everything into the computer and destroying the files or possibly sending them to the Hall of Records in Annapolis. If they have them, they may let you see the files if you are a descencant. However, a few years ago I emailed them and later and wrote a letter and received no response to either.
