    3. Assuming that the intent forms were the same for all states, the photocopy you have for that timeline is all there is. Unfortunately, at least here in Ohio, the intent has the date of arrival and the origin of the man. etc. There is very little detail. However, we noted that when we researched intent/naturalization papers in MA for family, although the wording and blanks were the same, more info was placed than in Ohio. That is, on the final papers, the place where the intent was filed was listed even if in another state. For place of origin instead of just Ireland, in many instances both the townland & county were stated. The ones we have from MD are similar to OH, just "Ireland", Victoria Queen, etc. Not much for a researcher with the exception of the dates. The intents & final papers of the 20th century are so much more detailed.
