Sharon~ We tried to find one in this area but all charged interest. It was based on the amount kept in the account. Large amounts, I think it was over $100 maintained or some such total and there was interest. Ours would be well over that as the years went on. Yes, I agree re: 2 signatures. We have done that with elderly family members, much safer.
