Mrs. Laura LYBARGER, 69 years old, died yesterday afternoon following an illness of several months, from complications. One brother, J.F. SEABER, of Westernport, survives. The funeral will take place at 2 o'clock tomorrow afternoon from the Stein mortuary. Hello, all. I am looking for a Rizer family - Alfred and Lucy Rizer...think her maiden name was Pape, who had several children and lived in Frostburg area. Were there in 1930.
