I hope that someone will help me with an obit look up at Frostburg State Univ. I only have a partial date and they won't look it up with a complete date. I also tried the Enoch Pratt Free Library and their policy is the same. I'm looking for the obit of a Mae Steppe who died in Feb. 1983. Since this is a more recent obit it shouldn't take too long to look it up given there was more than likely an obit page in the same general area of each newspaper.
