I have a grandmother from Ocean Margaret Monahan daughter of Owen Monaghan her husband was John Clupp. could there be a connection somehow? How could I find out? Looks like the Monaghans came from the Connellsville, PA area, which is just across the PA line from Allegany County. Someone on this list can tell you what county Connellsville, PA is in.
